Finally got around to mount my big screen as my little one was about to be able to reach the top of the entertainment center. Patrick was quick to respond and answer any questions. We were able to set a time and date quickly, which was important since I am currently due any minute. He was super communicative confirming the appt the night before. Day of, he ended up late due to his earlier jobs running late. He was apologetic and still able to get the job done in a timely manner.
