Patrick was quick to respond, set an appointment time, confirmed the appt the day before, and actually showed up on time! They worked efficiently and even made my son feel special by getting him involved to check out all the new equipment in his room and made sure we both felt comfortable operating the TV and ceiling fan before they left. Finally got around to mount my big screen as my little one was about to be able to reach the top of the entertainment center. Patrick was quick to respond and answer any questions. We were able to set a time and date quickly, which was important since I am currently due any minute. He was super communicative confirming the appt the night before. Day of, he ended up late due to his earlier jobs running late. He was apologetic and still able to get the job done in a timely manner. I had 3 TVs mounted by James today and it was such a pleasure. He was extremely professional, kind, friendly and respectful. Such a standup guy! James went above and beyond and made sure my speakers were calibrated, mounted all TVs immaculately, made sure my devices were reconnected properly and more. I even asked for an additional service while he was there, which was the center channel to be mounted below the TV. James did this with no hesitation. Soooo overdue! I'm a new mom and I swear my reviews has been slipping. Anywho, these guys were recommended on our community Facebook page and they were nothing short of amazing! James is very sweet and knowledgeable. Pat was very communicative and understanding (I say understanding bc of scheduling with my crazy schedule and whatnot). Patrick came out and mounted our living room tv last week and hid the wires. This week his tech Nate came and mounted an outdoors tv for us. I could not be happier with either experience.
